# SiN: Gold

SiN được phát triển bằng engine khá nổi vào lúc bấy giờ là id Tech 2. SiN cho tới tận năm 2020 thì được tái phát cùng với bản mở rộng mới là Wages of Sin trong phiên bản SiN: Gold. Game được đánh giá cao về tiền đề của game và cách thiết kế màn chơi, nhưng trớ trêu thay số lượng đầu ra của game không được cao khi phát hành cùng lúc với tựa game FPS huyền thoại khác là Half-Life.

Bối cảnh của game diễn ra tại một tương lai xa vào năm 2037 nơi tội ác hoành hành tại thành phố rộng lớn của Freeport. Bạn sẽ vào vai Blade, một vị chỉ huy của lực lượng an ninh có tên là HardCorps. Blade được giao nhiệm vụ loại bỏ các tội ác diễn ra trong thành phố cùng với nạn thuốc phiện mới có khả năng gây đột biến. Sự vụ lần được cho là có liên quan đến tập đoàn công nghệ sinh học lớn đối địch, SinTek - sở hữu bởi người đẹp quyến rũ Elexis Sinclaire.
