Bối cảnh game diễn ra vào một tương lai giả tưởng vào năm 2011 nơi các thay đổi quan trọng trong chính trị đã xảy ra trên thế giới. Nội dung xoay quanh một nhóm các phi công lái chiến đấu cơ của một quân đội tư nhân được gọi là 'Wildcats', có trụ sở tại Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ.

Người chơi sẽ chọn các nhiệm vụ từ các nhân vật khác nhau và được họ trả tiền sau khi hoàn thành nhiệm vụ. Với số tiền đã kiếm được người chơi có thể mua thêm các vũ khí có uy lực cao hơn cho các nhiệm vụ tiếp theo. Hầu hết các nhiệm vụ đều cho phép người chơi lái trên chiếc máy bay chiến đấu phản lực đa nhiệm F-16 Fighting Falcon, ngoại trừ vào nhiệm vụ cuối thì người chơi được lái chiếc F22 Raptor tân tiến hơn về mọi mặt.
