# The Settlers 3 Ultimate Collection

Trong The Settlers 3, người chơi sẽ được điều khiển một trong ba chủng tộc (người La Mã, Ai Cập hoặc người châu Á), với mỗi tộc sẽ có các vị thần tương ứng được triệu tập bởi vị thần vĩ đại HE, sau khi HE không hài lòng với cách mà các vị thần nhỏ hơn đang cai trị. Ngài nói với họ rằng mỗi người phải chọn ra một nhà vô địch trong số người của họ, và để anh ta lãnh đạo chủng tộc đó chống lại các dân tộc khác, 2 vị thần của hai chủng tộc thua cuộc buộc phải đối mặt với một hình phạt gian khổ và vô lý. 

Với phần DLC Quest of the Amazons kể về tiền truyện của mạch truyện chính, ghi lại cách con gái của Helios, Q'nqüra, trở thành trợ lý cá nhân của NGÀI, các sự kiện liên kết để phụ nữ trở thành người cai trị bí mật của vũ trụ. Quest cho phép người chơi lựa chọn một trong hai chiến dịch; hoặc điều khiển tộc Amazon đối  đầu với ba chủng tộc khác, hoặc điều khiển các lực lượng kết hợp của những tộc khác nhau cùng chống lại tộc Amazon.
