# Turok: Dinosaur Hunter

Trong Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, người chơi sẽ vào vai nhân vật Tal'Set, một chiến binh xuyên thời gian của một tộc người Turok bản địa trên đất Mỹ. Lớp phủ của tộc Turok được truyền lại cho người con cả từ thế hệ này đến thế hệ sau. Mỗi Turok được giao cho nhiệm vụ bảo vệ hàng rào giữa Trái đất và Vùng đất bị lãng quên - một thế giới nguyên thủy nơi thời gian không tồn tại. Tại Vùng đất bị lãng quên có rất nhiều loại sinh vật, từ khủng long đến người ngoài hành tinh. 

Một chúa tể tà ác được gọi là Campaigner tìm kiếm một cổ vật cổ xưa được gọi là Chronosielter, một vũ khí hủy diệt bị phá tan thành nhiều mảnh vỡ để ngăn nó rơi vào tay kẻ xấu. The Campaigner rắp tâm sử dụng sức mạnh của Chronosielter để phá hủy hàng rào ngăn cách thời gian của Vùng đất bị lãng quên và thống trị vũ trụ. Turok thề sẽ tìm thấy cả tám mảnh của Chronosielter và ngăn chặn kế hoạch của Campaigner.
